Pulled in for fuel very early in the morning for fuel,needed the toilet which states on the bp website open 24 hours, but couldn't use because the shop closes and you use the night till .very annoying.

Very slow service and vastly overpriced fuel 7p per litre more than the shell garage 2 miles away where I usually buy my fuel only bought small amount as was running very low will fill up at shell later today.

How rude the staff here, once again the car wash broken down. That's the third time in one month, but a bit of common sense to put up a sign stating out of service, and maybe a bit more respect towards customers.

There was No adblu at the pump for HGV today so after much messing about with pumps and muffled advice over the intercom, I gave up. So a bit of a faff having to use containers to fill. I think that Staff should be on top of the fuel side of things at the very least as it's a fuel station, yet when I went in, they were too busy sorting the sweet shelf to notice! The garage does have a good selection of food stuffs and supplies, it's also combined with a subway, so snacks a plenty. It also has a cash machine. Also shares the site with MacDonalds so although it's not great for trucks to stop as there's little to no parking, cars and vans can expect a great service. Just keep an eye on the fuel! It's what most customers are there for.

Called in for a car wash on 17/9/21 and there was no soap in the machine. I asked about a refund only to be told there was no manager in to issue one and to call back. Came today 22/9/21 and the manager refused any refund. So I go away with a dirty car and £5.99 lighter in my pocket. Thanks Manalan (manager). One very dissatisfied customer!
