Lloyds Bank

Absolutely lovely young lady on the door today friday am 5th of December and Ben Did a great job sorting me out with a problem.After witnessing another lady being very intolerant and rude to both of them becouse she didn't want to wait and thought she had priority of which she did not. They acted professional courteous. I didn't get the staff young ladies name but both were tremendous and do lloyds bank proud.

Absolutely fantastic staff, especially Nausheen. She was so helpful with multiple changes I had to make to my childrens accounts and closing another account. I was there so long and she was nothing but super friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The other lady that came over to help called Stephanie was amazing also. What would of took me hours to work and and sort they done it all for me and saved me a whole morning with the children present who like most get bored easily. That was absolutely fabulous experience and I would say those negative reviews are not what my family experienced. Thank you so much.

My elderly mum who is partially sighted and uses a walker, had been a victim of fraud. There is no parking close to the bank, took half an hour to walk from the car park. Rude staff. Didn't help. Asked to see the manager who was also very rude. When asked for the complaints procedure they walked over to the desk and started chatting to her colleague. Whilst my mum was sobbing as they said her metro photo ID was not good enough and that she didn't have any other. They couldn't do anything as it was the bank policy.

Good bank, they tend to the customers, have good facilities and they try their best to deliver what the customer requires. Would have been 5 stars if not for an elderly cashier trying to tell me that paying bags of coin into my account was not essential as they were only there to provide essential services during the pandemic. If the lady is smart enough to know what is and is not essential to me personally, without knowing my situation or anything more than my name, I am certain she is smart enough to know how to locate the door and to stay out of work until she feels safe enough to do her job without the horrific attitude towards a customer of the bank for nearly 2 decades. It seems some others have experienced this lady too.

One of the staff is always unpleasant. Makes it feel im unwelcomed anytime im there. Once might have been a bad day, but she's been rude every time im there. If you dont want intl students, just don't accept our business.
