Needed a prepaid special delivery envelope for passport delivery. The lady didn't even know I need stamps. When I mentioned, she gave me only one stamp which wasn't enough. Had to go to a different post office to get more stamps. More training is needed in my oppinion for these post offices with a shop inside.
First time I used it the lady mixed up the codes so 1 parcel went missing, second time, on Sunday the gentleman had no idea how to send out a parcel with code or stamps. Today it was my third attempt- couldn’t send the parcels because they ran out of labels! I was trying to use them as they are on my way from work, opened early enough… I don’t think I would try again…
Staff are miserable and practically throw your money you have withdrawn at you. Not very helpful at all. There is only one decent member of staff I think her name is Emma. Customer service definitely needs some work
Total disgrace to the post office service. Was told I couldn’t deposit Scottish notes (the new type) the girl at the counter said the boss had an email saying there are too many frauds. Total lie. The post office needs the support of locals.....well not from me if they are going to lie.
