North Ormesby Post Office

Went to post an item and noticed the staff member at the counter was entering the return address as the delivery address, even though the letter clearly showed which address was the sender and which was the return. He also placed the Special Delivery label on the wrong side. When I pointed this out, he felt offended and, even before I finished my sentence, replied, “Do you want to do my job?” I explained that the wrong address was being used as the delivery address, and only then did he realise the mistake. Instead of getting offended straight away, he should have listened and checked what was correct. Mistakes happen, but the attitude was unnecessary and very disappointing.

Excellent service throughout, the post office manager Susan is very professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and caring towards people in the community that needs help and assistance, nothing seems too much trouble for her to help, I would highly recommend anyone who needs a post office to use the North Ormesby branch.

Sue who works in the north Ormesby post office is really pleasant and helpful i have anxiety and she allways takes her time to help me. Highly recommend this post office.
