It was my first time in Jenna's chair and she gave me a haircut I loved! My jet black, pin straight, medium length southeast asian hair was expertly handled by her. I came in and decided on the kind of cut I wanted from a random magazine off the reading area and she delivered! We started off with a consultation, then to the sink for a wash, followed by a systematic cut and styling with a blow dryer after. Finished with a hair serum. I love my haircut!

Jenna was really good at her job ! I was apprehensive about COVID measures before I went in and they were quite thorough with it and had face coverings put on. They offer a good discount for NHS workers as well.

Honestly I used these before but very disappointed this time. The place is clean and very nice. Hair cuts and blow drys and styling is good but would not recommend colouring I wanted this colour see pic and they did this (it's more red than the purple/blue I wanted it. I can't upload my own photo for other reasons but it's like the middle colour in the palette but darker Jenna kept saying how my hair doesn't take colour and said it needed to be bleached so I said why didn't you bleach first and then colour and she said coz she didn't want to ruin my hair. And apparently my hair doesn't take this colour and there is something blocking my hair from taking this colour. I sent her pictures before of my hair and the one I wanted, as a professional she should have know it needed to be bleached first I'm sorry but I'm not a professional, they should have known after seeing my hair that it needs bleaching and told me, that decision is mine if I want my hair to get ruined. I wanted something different and I know the girl Sophie tried it 2x took nearly 4 hours it still didn't work so I felt bad for her and left it as it was. Please do not dye your hair here, hair cuts styling is good but not colouring. Jenna did not take any responsibility and blamed it on my hair when it was clearly their fault Honestly would not recommend this, I was talked to like I was an idiot instead of saying I'm sorry we should have bleached it first and then dyed but next time we can do that for you. How on earth are these 2 colors even close 😳 cost me £80

Cannot recommend Jenna and her team enough. If you want to feel like your hairdresser is listening to what you want, go here! Had a 30 minute consultation prior to my appointment for hair extensions and colour. Had a check up appointment 2 days after my hair extensions to check I was happy and make some tweaks. The hair extensions are the best I’ve had so thick, soft and have not budged after a wash. The girls are all so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

AVOID!!! A HUGE NO!!!RUDE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO!!! Worst hair cut ever. Wish I never went there. Wish I went back to get my money back, as I had to pay £48 at another salon to correct the mess they did. One girl tried to cut my hair and another woman (very argumentative) tried to correct. They both were useless anyway, my poor hair. I was told they must use hair straightner in order to cut my hair even, as hit does not damage the hair. Yes, woman, it does!! Any kind of heat. Back in times, real hair dressers did not use any of that. I showed her the photo how I wanted and was faaar from that. Please ladies, think twice before you go there. I was way too angry to go back, so I chose to warn others instead.
