The ladies at this salon are lovely, they provide a great service with quality nails for a justifiable price. They’re really easy to have a good chat with and the environment feels really comfortable and safe compared to other salons. Thank you!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The lady doing my nails was extremely impatient. I was choosing colours, and asked to try the acrylic colour on my hand as they often show up slightly different. I initally wanted gel on acrylic, but she insisted that acrylic coloured powders were better. I chose one. When she put it on one finger, I politely said that I wasn't happy with it, apologised & asked if I could try another. She became visibly frustrated, brought the swatches over & said to make sure to choose one & stick to it. I chose, but was again not happy. I daren't ask to change it again, she insisted that she could fix it with a gel colour on top (for which she would charge me more in the end). I said to leave it as I would be removing them. I was also going to get my toes done but decided against it due to the incredibly forecful, pressurising tactics that this particular nail lady used. The nails on the thumbs aren't even and each hand is a different length. She used improper equipment to cut the nails down to length too. Incredibly upset as I was getting nails done for a special occasion & got them removed immediately after from elsewhere. A waste of money & time. Avoid at all costs.

Last minute call to the salon and they had availability for me. They took off my polygel nails and gave me a full new acrylic set. They were so careful and thorough and I'm over the moon with my new set. Thank you ladies.

Have been going here for a while now, always amazing service and nails are strong and last. The older lady always takes her time and makes sure you get exactly what you want. She will keep checking throughout that youre happy so if you're not happy at any stage there is always plenty of time to say and have it rectified whilst there. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the local area for my nails. Thanks so much!
