Neil did an absolutely excellent job fixing my boiler. He was professional from start to finish, turned up exactly when he said he would, and carried out the work to a fantastic standard. The boiler hasn’t been this quiet since we bought the house, despite having had other companies service it regularly. The difference is night and day. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the straightforward, reliable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone - he is genuinely first-class.

I had a problem with a leak that came through to my kitchen ceiling. It wasn't at all obvious where it was coming from. It ended up needing a new valve in thr main water tank, new pipework to replace badly installed pipework, and further a secure cap put on a overflow pipe that was also involved in the leak. The two plumbers who were involved at various times in this work, one more so than the other, we're polite, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I might put to them. I found them to be competant, efficient and totally professional in their work. Office staff were also polite and efficient in their work too.

Huge thank you to Neil and his team for the service they provided to me. We wanted 2 new radiators fitted, which they sourced for us as 1 was a vertical. Quote was very competitive so very good on price Craig our installer was exceptionally good and it is a breath of fresh air to know that he took the time and effort to keep me updated with any issues. When one did arise, with damage to one of the radiators he was on the phone to the company asking for recompense. All told I am very happy with the installation and Craig left the site tidy. Would recommend and will use again for any future issues or needs.

Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave advice on the radiator size etc before we ordered. There was a mix up with the order but it was dealt with quickly.
