I’ve just bought my next cat from here. Ahmed was amazing he was so helpful not in the least bit pushy he was kind and patient with me when I was trying to sign paperwork at home! The rest of the team were so kind and helpful too, They gave me a good deal on my car, they went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and even removed a few scratches on the new one. All in all a really pleasant experience when doing something I’d been putting off about a year!! Thanks to you all especially Ahmed

Do not buy a car from here!! Extremely disappointing experience and lack of communication. When I collected my car, it already had a scratch, an error message on the screen, and a rattling noise in the dashboard. I was told it wasn’t a major issue and that someone would be in touch — it took two months before the car was finally booked in. After taking unpaid time off work and paying for taxis (as no courtesy car was offered), I was later told the technician needed was off, and the car would have to come back another day — with no apology. Communication was extremely poor throughout; I had to keep chasing for updates that rarely came. (This has now improved) I was eventually given a hire car, which I didn’t want or feel comfortable in, but accepted as I expected to have it only briefly. That was in July, and it’s now November, and I still haven’t got my car back. My car was not looked at for a 5 week period which is ridiculous. Every time I’ve contacted the garage, I’ve been passed around, ignored, or spoken to rudely. When I went in person, I was told not to come down as no one would see me — but I went anyway and found that the sales team knew nothing about my situation and was not asked to see me. When asked if it was normal to sell a car with a battery warning on the dash, they said no and they would not do it deliberately. When I said that they had done exactly that and they knew about it, they said they thought it needed charging. This is incorrect as he spoke to me about a part being replaced. I am now more aware that this is ridiculous and should not have happened. He asked me very rudely, how did the error affected my driving, insinuating that the error was not a problem. I replied by saying it has caused a massive inconvenience and that it has affected me driving it as I cannot drive it currently! When I asked to swap my car to a fully working car, I was told I potentially could but I would lose value over my current car that I have not even drove!! They did offer to swap my hire car to a smaller car but I would just feel comfortable in my own car. I’m now out of pocket by around £2,000 in insurance, finance, and tax payments for a car I haven’t seen in months.

Graham Hatton was particularly the most helpful salesman there. Very attentive and went out of his way to answer all my questions whilst purchasing my car. Couldn’t do enough. However his manager was very abrupt and was not helpful in the slightest. Well done Graham top marks 👍

Fantastic service, honest and helpful staff. Brilliant payment options, from the service plan which I have continued (now into my 6th year of one!) to the finance options when work needs to be carried out (2nd time using, a 3rd on the way with wear-and-tear works required!)

Came to yourselves after seeing a car at another garage online. Ahmed was so helpful with any enquiries and arranging for the vehicle to be brought up to Middlesbrough from Preston for us to look at and buy. He wasnt at all pushy about the additional extras you can purchase with PCP, and had any information needed when asked. Special thank you to him coming in on his day off also, so we could view/inspect the car prior to handover, as it was from another garage and then going on to ensure that the car was in perfect condition before we drove it away the following day. Overall, very happy with the service recieved 😊
