Went in this week, stood in the queue only wanting x1 stamp. The man behind the counter was so rude and had no customer service skills. This place needs new staff that are approachable and aren't afraid of
There was plenty of space still he didn't let my e scooter in.
Terrible service the manager is very rude
The manager Jas is racist and hates Muslims. I witnessed an incident at the post office where she verbally attacked a poor young asian girl who was trying to collect her parcel. She refused to give the girl her parcel. Islamophobia at its finest. The incident was completely unprovoked. When the girl asked if she’s treating her this way because of her race Jas laughed and smirked. Disgusting disgusting behaviour. I hope the post office investigate. This is not acceptable
Please avoid using this post office! The staff are very rude, Jas who is supposedly the Manager refused to give me my parcel, only because I wanted to raise a complaint about something I wasn’t happy with. Personal attack on customers over they own goods that they have a right to, this is so unprofessional! Investigations are being made.
