Foundations Medical Practice

Everything was changed. People are new and better. They are so kind and polite. They respect every patient. I was afraid to go into the surgery. But I feel safe and loved to go into the Foundation Medical Practice. I believe there are many patients like me are feeling appreciated to ppl who are working there.🙏🙏🙏

Very bad GP, the worst GP ever! They treat you like you’re nothing! Like you’re not a human! Cuz we’re a refugee this doesn’t mean you have the right to treat us bad! I had an appointment with them and they didn’t ring me for it, when I ringed them they said sorry because the doctor wasn’t there, btw the appointment was emergency! Okay then u have to inform me from the beginning!! Don’t lemme wait and think when u gonna call me! Advice anyone to change this GP there’s a lot in Mbro.

One year ago I visited this GP, the nurse tortured me to get a blood test my blood was rushing all over the ground and in her gloves and immediately I fainted down for couple of minutes. I went again today asking for plaster for a small injury in my head. They advised me to go to hospital, without providing me a plaster or help even though I asked for plaster to treat myself by myself but they said no. Mad!!!!

Not good at all no doctors there if you dont phone 8 o'clock they wont give you appointment to see a doctor no matter how much pain you have takes one week for phone call with nurse you cant get in touch with doctors that easy in evry way bad place

The receptionist treat you like a normal person and not just the next person to get through and the actually talk to you while you're waiting if they're not busy and have and chat with you about anything like your family how your days been ect and the doctors and nurses are the same and talk to you on a first name basis they are very good with appointments and making sure your medication is correct and they are very thorough when it comes to your health and making sure they get everything right I wouldn't change doctors if you paid me
