Very very poorly run medical centre. Ordered repeat prescription online and just gets ignored until I have to make a phone call to get it. When I see the reviews for this practice I can't understand why something is not done about it. This morning my wife tried to get an appointment for a return phone call as she is not well and was told there were no appointments of any description. I contacted NHS online and they got her an appointment at Martonside today. So if you can't get an appointment, I suggest you contact NHS.
This doctors is terrible phone lines open at 8 o'clock couldt get through finally got through at 8:45 no appointment left am bad as dog don't need ANE just need to see doctor at my owe surgery 2 days now try agen tomorrow I will be looking for another doctors in the mean time terrible and don't even want to go there with the chemist even worse if could rate this 0 star that's what I would be given and the lady on the phone line is no help at all terrible
Trying to ring for my mam at 8am. I started as caller 12 and it never went down. ive come to the conclusion that they must open and leave the callers on hold until they feel its right to take the calls. If this isn't the case then why didnt the call move ..
I have repeatedly encountered unprofessional and indifferent behavior from the receptionist at Martin Side Medical Centre. Their lack of engagement and unwillingness to assist patients has led to unnecessary stress and frustration. Patient care demands attentiveness and respect, and if they are not interested in their job, they should not be in this role. Proper training or staffing changes are essential to ensure a more supportive and professional experience for everyone seeking care.
Phoned at 11am for my 4 year olds test results because they say you can’t ask before then. Told me there’s something wrong and I need to speak to a doctor but told me to call back tomorrow to try and get an appointment because there’s nothing for today!! Ridiculous. Clearly my daughter needs medication! Why make us wait to ask for results if you can’t even find out what’s wrong on the same day!!!! Reception staff clearly need training too. Booked me for an appointment and didn’t even tell me the time. Said bye and hung up. Seriously?!! It’s the most basic part of being a receptionist! Eden is incredibly rude too and lies.
