Boots

I came to this boots today to buy a perfume which was supposed to come with a cap, however they didn’t have one so they gave me another free gift which I appreciated very much. The staff looked stressed due to there being a rush but they were all so kind and helpful. They did a great job.

Visited Boots today a young lady named Mahnoor I recall was very patient and helpful. She delivered excellent customer service and made sure I was on top of the offers 👏🏼 Will be returning again 🏅

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The store is spacious and easy to get round. It has many choices of toiletries, clothes and food. Often has offers. Advice is freely given. I had a hearing test,which was offered free. And I also had points added to my advantage card. The staff who performed the test were extremely professional, everything was explained. I was made to feel comfortable and will have no problem returning for future tests and shopping

The pharmacy is very often slow due to more staff at the back away from the counter, with only one person serving even while it is busy. The thing that bugs me most is the fact that if for example is there is little communication from the staff to say they will be with you in a moment, completely ignoring everybody it seems, even while there is a long que. When I do get served its usually with an unfriendly, robotic 'can I help'? There is one lady however, who is friendly and personable, who remembers my prescription from previous visits and being a regular etc. Sadly she is the exception. Cheers

Too many brands over 2 floors and too few staff to give advice or to run the pharmacy. The express counter for prescriptions simply isn't - no staffing for 5 minutes while 2 of us queued while 5 women in white coats avoided eye contact. They even had the nerve to offer delivery to my home if I paid a fee. Not good. My wife loves their No. 7 makeup however so not all bad. Not quite.
