Go Outdoor has collection for all brands for your outing at a very reasonable price .. Jackets , shoes, winter clothings and out outdoor materials ….
I've just bought a pair of walking boots and the service couldn't have been better. The chap at the footwear section was extremely helpful and attentive, his advice was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. 10 out of 10!
Fantastic experience today with Jenny who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products she sells! Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to make a purchase here! Thanks again
What an absolute circus of an experience at Go Outdoors. Finding a staff member on the shop floor was like hunting for Bigfoot – rare, and even when you do, completely unhelpful. I asked at the till if someone could check stock, since nothing I wanted was on display. After a 15-minute disappearing act, a staff member reappeared with information on just one item (out of three). When I asked about the others, the response was basically, “Oh, I don’t know.” Brilliant. Exactly what you want to hear when you’ve been stood around twiddling your thumbs. Tried another staff member – same answer: “I don’t know, I’d have to check.” At this point, I’d wasted so much time wandering the store looking for actual service that leaving seemed like the best option. My partner finally asked about windbreakers at the tills. The staff response? “We have loads, you must have missed them.” Of course—silly me for assuming products would be visible on the shop floor instead of hidden in the back somewhere. When I mentioned how poor the experience had been, rather than taking it on board, the staff member decided to make a show of it over the radio at the tills. Because nothing says “great customer service” like publicly broadcasting how rubbish the shopping experience is. Sure, they eventually brought a windbreaker out, but by then the damage was done. If you want to waste your time, be ignored, and then embarrassed in front of the store, Go Outdoors is the place for you.
Horrible experience with management over a faulty item - worrying for other customers who may not know otherwise. A few months ago I tried to return a faulty item - where I was told by a manager called Victoria it was 'out of their returns period as per their own policy'. Following this I was told I could only receive a gift card and even when I asked about a replacement or a refund to my bank I was told no. I thought this didnt seem right so I had a google when I was home and I found out, very quickly, that this was actually against consumer rights. After contacting their online customer services to ask about the situation, they advised me it was wrong and shouldnt have happened and asked for me to go in store. When I visited, the same manager seemed to want to argue with me regarding the whole situation, and started questioning me about the original purchase and also about everything I said - that their online customer services also said too. Multiple times I was told I was 'wrong' by her, even though their own online customer services stated otherwise due to consumer rights. Eventually, the manager did go to find my original receipt on their system and returned, still questioning me and said if i have any issues it must follow their return policy, again saying I was wrong. I do dread to think if this has happened to anyone else, and I am mind blown why a manager kept arguing with me and questioning me over everything. After working in customer service myself for years, I don't see at all how any member of staff, especially a manager, would treat a customer so unfair and argue with them, especially when everything online says otherwise. I would like to add that their was a younger staff member at the tills first who was very understanding and went and grabbed the manager to help when I explained. Although I don't have a name, her customer service was perfect.
