I didn't manage to get the ladies name who helped me today but her customer service was second to none,nothing was too much trouble. I was very warm and flustered as i am suffering badly with anxiety at the moment and she went above and beyond, helping me with sizing,styles and going back and fore swapping garments for me. The other girl was also really pleasant and showed me where the air con was 😁. Thankyou both for making what I was dreading to be quite a successful shop.

Had a last minute trip out to get some formal clothes (which I am notoriously bad at picking out for myself!) and the ladies were absolutely fantastic, helped me out with some lovely suggestions and sorted me out with a gorgeous top! Thanks so much ladies for being such a great help, super friendly and understanding 😊

Usually this shop has really lovely staff but when I was in there shopping recently I overheard one of the staff who I think is a manager (a quite short woman with glasses) comment on a customers weight with a really rude tone, the customer looked visibly upset. I put back my items and left because I am appalled at their so called managements comment wouldn’t recommend shopping there.
