Nice staff but the security guard is such a talker and sometimes you can't get away to do your shopping because he keeps going on and on.

Good choice of products. Friendly staff but queues can be a little long. The negative is there is no car park just on street meter parking, which is in short supply. The fantastic thing is that your shopping can be delivered straight to your door by Iceland. Overall a good shop with good prices.

A good place to get cheaper food with decent quality. Can get very crowded especially the smaller locations with narrow Isles. They mostly have a great selection of frozen foods. Unfortunately they've been rolling back on many products I buy on regular basis (such as specific brands of ice cream or biscuits)

We found the staff at Iceland the most helpful of any store we visited over the yule time period. After my partner lost her savings card they, the staff ,really went out their way to make sure it did not spoil the festive celebration for us. Plus all the usual you come to expect from Iceland ,good range with good quality and timely free delivery of your shopping makes for a wining combination in my book. Well worth the full star review.
