We could not have asked for a better service. The removal team were first class and ensured everything went smoothly which took the pressure off us during what is a stressful situation to start with. Everything went to plan and nothing was too much trouble for the team t deal with. I would recommend Mr Shifter to anybody who has to move home both on price and service.

These guys helped me move today. Honestly they were a lifesaver, my move would have been awful without their help. Yes moving companies are an expense but the price was decent considering the amount of hours and graft they do. They bent over backwards to get my sofa into the house even though access through the front wasn’t possible. They drove all the way round an alley to get it in. There were a few niggles, I’d asked for a specialist box to move my tv but it was missed off the invoice and I didn’t realise but they still put it in a protector for me. They were punctual, friendly and polite for the entire day. Getting a quote was easy, and they reply very quickly to emails / calls. They also changed things up when I changed my mind about using storage. Very pleased with them overall, will use again in the future and would recommend them to anyone moving home because it honestly saved me so much stress on the day.

Mr Shifter were brilliant from the initial quote through to the last box off the lorry. Friendly and professional service, at a very reasonable price. So glad we booked with them, it made the day so much more easier and definitely reduced the general house move stress levels. The lads on the day were very approachable and couldn’t do enough. Amazing removal company! Following the intial home survey, which was smooth and easy. As we were moving from a single track remote property it gave us the peace of mind on access and parking of the vans etc. Plus meant we were certain there would be no last minute issues. We had a last minute completion on our house move. Rang Mr Shifter on Wednesday, and they were with us Thursday and house emptied by Thursday afternoon all ready for the move in Friday morning. The unload was just as smooth and very professionally handled. Wouldn't recommend anyone else, very professional and looked after all our needs and property through the process.

I moved from a house I’d been in 25 years - a big upheaval at my age ! The service from Mr Shifter was so helpful absolutely fantastic . The two young men worked solidly and efficiently to clear and pack the van . They were so hard working and friendly yet respectful of how difficult I was finding the move . The house was not most accessible from the front of rear garden but they just got on with the job regardless . They went over and above expectations , taking down bed frames and even accessed some boxed items too high up for me to reach in the garage boarded out roof area Total heroes ! At the new property , they were joined by 2 other removal men as they wanted to speed up the job to go to another one . Everything was placed where I requested and no problems at all with damage etc I was more than happy with the service and would certainly recommend Mr Shifter . The price for the job was very fair .
