Amber is so incredibly helpful I just hope people aren't idiots and understand that she doesn't make the rules. All staff deserve respect but that should be common decency. The only downside is the single lift is incredibly slow but I guess that's a legal requirement and not something staff can do anything about I would recommend this place
This must be the worst storage facility I’ve ever been to. We work in and out of storage company’s, and this set up was very poor. List of problems- 1 - no one on reception to help or guide 2- one lift which is dangerous and very slow 3- lack of parking bays 4- trolleys very small and lack of them 5-storage units which use to be offices very poor as door opens in which means you lose volume as well as high units, so paying for space 12 foot up in the air. 6- holes in the floors which make using trolleys difficult. 7- looks like a prison. This is a very poor storage facility and would not recommend. Regards

Didn't store. Used for van. Half the price as competition on a Luton and would use again without a doubt.
