TS3 Storage

I had my unit for around 1.5 years whilst in between moving and buying a house and never had any issues. The container itself was immaculate when I first moved my stuff in and the site was always easily accessible. I never had any issues, the site is very secure. Katie has been amazing and always on hand to answer any questions. I got a really good deal with me staying in the unit long term so the price was also perfect and reasonable.

I went with ts3 storage as a recommendation and I have not been disapointed. Booking the unit was easy as pie, access was simple and my items were well secure. From collecting the keys to handing them back the process was stress free. Katie had very good communication and was on hand when I needed her. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you

Can’t rate TS3 Storage enough. The site is immaculate and secure. The range of storage sizes is fab and access times are ideal. The whole process from finding the right sized unit to booking it and collecting the keys was so easy. Katie in particular is so helpful even responding on her days off, providing pictures of the unit so there was no need to make a trip down. Unit was even bigger than I’d thought and so price was really reasonable! Overall an excellent site and really friendly service. Would highly recommend! UPDATE- updating this review as it won’t let me leave 2 😂 Just booked another, bigger storage unit with TS3 and again the service and communication was exceptional! Katie really does go above and beyond and I wouldn’t use anywhere else now for my storage needs! Really reasonably priced, easy to access, and very secure! Brilliant!

Just handed the key back this afternoon after 5 months. Katy is a delight & SO easy to deal with. A real friendly lady & efficient. She adjusted the recent payment & the balance was back in my account in minutes. TS3 storage ticked all the boxes, was the cheapest around, a brand spanking new container & the nearest and easiest to access. I gather it’s a family business but with Katy at the helm it is in safe hands. Cheers Katy

Ts3 storage has been very helpful for me since moving from my home to a hostel it has allowed me to keep all of my belongings in a safe place until finding a new home. It is very affordable and the communication between myself and staff has been spot on. Would highly recommend for anyone needing to storage their belongings. Big thank you to the staff for always being at the end of the phone and keeping in touch when needed.
