Crap. Charged me more than asked for and the wash was awful…

Havent got a car wash from anywhere else in ages ! At a reasonable price they go above and beyond and do a fantastic job.

Absolute scammers! Normally go on a weekend and recognise the guys but went on a Thursday evening this week and didn't recognise the guys washing my car. When it got to the end where they open your doors to wipe around the frame, one of them spotted a business card I had from Ocean Drive with their bank details on it. The first time I went there (probably a year ago at this point) I didn't know it was cash only so a guy gave me their details and I transferred the money there and then, he checked, and I knew to bring cash after that. The guy yesterday took the card with him out of my card and when he got round to the drivers side, he had the cheek to say 'we didn't receive your payment last time' and gesturing to the bank details, to which I said it was from over a year ago and they confirmed they received it before I drove off. 'No' he said, 'my friend said he remembers you and you didn't pay'! The cheek! I said he can't have remembered me because it was a year ago and I've never seen him before, I said I was more than happy to show my bank statements with the transaction on it, to which he changed his tune and slammed the door on me. So unprofessional trying to scam me when I am a paying customer and would never drive off without paying. Don't think I'll be going back and obviously don't appreciate loyal customers. And why was he looking in my door compartment anyway??

I’ve been going to this car wash for six years straight and they still amaze me to this day how they clean the car in detail. The staff are always so nice they treat you with respect and always take care of your car so well
