First time using this post office and I am very impressed. No waiting today, polite and helpful service. Can't fault my experience. I will use this post office from now on.
I am a regular customer but this particular experience was bad, Bad service, 1 person behind the counter not friendly, she was saying it’s not a large letter it’s a small parcel then I refused then I went to the main post office and asked their opinion and if it’s a large letter and said yes it is a large letter never go there again to post my goods. Not happy with the service. Woman behind the counter she don't deserves to work there she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
Hubby and I used this branch to apply for our new passports using the digital service last month the staff were very friendly and helpful they could do with a bit better technology though as took ages to get our photos approved not a problem for us but the place was very busy we had a bit of a laugh though Pleased to say our passports arrived today
Great service and the only one in the area that closed at 5:30pm on Saturdays A+++...
