Getting my first wax with Kathryn was such a genuinely lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. I was quite nervous, but Kathryn was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. Her calm, friendly nature made what I expected to be a daunting experience feel relaxed and positive. I couldn’t have asked for a better first wax, and I’m so grateful for how informative and caring she was. I would highly recommend Kathryn to anyone, especially if it’s your first time!
