I regularly have a deep tissue massage which is always AMAZING. But recently I had abdominoplasty and the swelling had been awful (as expected) but Jennie did a lymphatic drainage massage and had made such a difference! Going back next week for another. She’s very talented.
What a brilliant PT! I came across Pink Barbell on a local FB group and dropped a message as I was having trouble with aches and pains in my knees and ankles. Straight away it was clear that Jen was professional and knowledgeable - we had an initial conversation about what I wanted and what could be offered. We decided on a 10 week programme which has just come to an end. The sessions themselves were brilliant, one-to-one, very encouraging, and challenging but Jen also watched carefully. She was more focused on the technical aspect rather than as 'many as you can do in a minute l' and as a result I feel that my own gym workouts have improved. After a 10 week programme my knees and ankles are stronger than they have been and the aches and pains are much less or completely gone all together. I would recommend Pink Barbell to anyone of any age with any physical concern. An absolute brilliant PT.
Jen is amazing at what she does. I have been injured in the military and was basically told I would never run again. Ken’s knowledge, experience, and technical ability has reduced my pain, given me more stability and increased the movement ten fold! Simply incredible Sports Therapist!!
Been going for massage for some discomfort in my shoulder. Jennie does a brilliant massage and has even taken time to look at my wrist when I injured that. Plenty of advice and certainly knows what to do to help alleviate any pain/ discomfort
I had a bad back and quite a lot of knots in muscles, felt so much better after two sports massages 5**** would definitely recommend 😊 ⭐️
