Caritas Group Practice - Mixenden Stones Surgery

Avoid this place at all costs. Rude staff,no appointments,no good drs-as they had the sense to leave. After not being seen by a dr since 2019 I moved to beechwood last year and by god they put you to shame...they're open for a start. This place needs closing permanently and all staff including the invisible drs sent on a customer service course

If I could give them 0 I absolutely would my mum has been waiting for the doctor to ring her for 2 weeks for her results from an echo cardiagram everyday she has been on the list for a doctor to phone her and still no phone call this is absolutely ridiculous. Especially under her circumstances. Her biopsy has been cancelled because of these results that she knows nothing about. Definitely no care or attention to her needs and medical and mental health. I'm in absolutely in shock at the lack of care and attention.

Went for physio appointment in less than 5 minutes the lady knew what was wrong with my shoulder. She was very friendly and professional.

Don't sign up with these doctors you have go book an appointment online but you have only an hour 8am-9am they cancel important appointments the day before for no reason it took them a week and a half to sort my medication out

This has got to be the worst surgery in the whole of the uk the doctors all work part time the place is never open and they wonder why patients aren’t ever seen they fob you off with whatever they can to get you out the room if your lucky enough to get an actual appointment
