I attended Kayleigh’s antenatal classes with my husband and then I took my baby to her Tinies and Wrigglers classes. All three classes were absolutely superb and I often recommend them to other new mums and mums-to-be. Unlike some baby classes, all of Kayleigh’s resources always look fresh and clean and they’re always age-appropriate. Kayleigh has an excellent teaching style and she encourages bonds between the mothers that attend her classes. Several of us have met up many times outside of the classes, and are likely to continue to do so. I have extremely fond memories of Kayleigh’s classes and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I completed the Active birthing classes with Kayleigh and cannot recommend them enough. I found the Friday evening classes was my little piece of relaxation but also gave me the opportunity and space to practice techniques which prepared me for birth. I think the main thing I took away from the classes was the mental resilience and being informed enough to advocate for myself in delivery but also being open minded and prepared that birth plans don’t always go to plan. I ended up using many of the techniques in my birth and genuinely believe I wouldn’t have had the positive birthing experience I did have without attending Kayleigh’s classes.
I have attended Kayliegh's tinies (baby massage) and wriggles classes and they are both fantastic. I was worried attending a baby massage class at first, as my baby didn't like being unclothed when I first attended, but Kayliegh was fab. There is no pressure to undress your babies and everything can be adapted for you and babies preferences. I found the massage so helpful to also do at home and it was great wat to bond with my baby. Kayliegh also includes post natal recovery info for mums and the relaxation at the end of the sessions was so lovely to take 5 mins for yourself, which is hard as a new mum. My baby and I both also enjoyed the wriggles classes, which are fun and interactive for babies. It was great to see all the new skills my baby developed over the course of the classes like clapping and waving :) I would definitely recommend these classes.
After attending Kayleigh's antenatal classes, I decided to book onto her baby massage classes (Tinies). The classes were lovely and in a calm, welcoming environment. I've learnt lots of nice massages and songs to do with my baby, which we have now started doing at home too. I'd highly recommend Kayleigh and her classes to any new mums or mums to be! Thanks Kayleigh 😊
We absolutely loved Parent Prep with Kayleigh! I looked around at lots of different classes but am so glad we decided to go with Kayleigh’s. Every class is packed with loads of really useful information and Kayleigh is great at explaining everything and answering any questions. The classes really helped us make the most informed choices and even in the midsts of giving birth I remembered Kayleigh’s advice and used the breathing techniques she taught us. The classes are really inclusive for dads/birth partners too, with lots of advice on how they can support mum during pregnancy and labour. I have also just completed 2 terms of Tinies with Kayleigh and can’t recommend them enough. The atmosphere is just lovely and relaxed, and again Kayleigh is so knowledgeable. She teaches you how to do baby massage alongside lots of snippets of useful information for as your baby develops, and it’s just great to do a bit of movement with your babe and chat to other lovely mums. Even if your baby doesn’t participate during the class and prefers to nap, feed or cry, there’s never any judgement and you can take what you learn in class and do it at home. My little girl loves all the songs and movements when we do them at home. I have become really good friends with lots of people I met at Kayleigh’s classes which I’m so grateful for as a new mum. I’ve already booked on to Wrigglers next too! You won’t regret booking with Kayleigh x
