I went to watch my grandson playing football. The layout of the football and cricket facilities is impressive. There's really Top quality fence all the way round the football pitches to it creates a sense of safety and structure. The actual playing surfaces were exceedingly good, better than good they were excellent. I played football up to the age of 50, and at a professional level and these pitches were up there with the pitches I played on professionally. General facilities were good, toilets and a bar with drinks and food. Yes I was very impressed. Colin R Penrose

Top class amateur sporting facility. A credit to the community. Grass roots football at its best. Tasty food and drink at the Sheila's Meals cafe too.

Great village cricket ground. One of my favourite places to watch or play cricket. Just needs a big sign post to remind you where to turn into it 😁

Well supported football club with open age players and kids football, warm friendly cafe on site for those chilly morning coffees, clean and tidy
