Ruth Sudol really cares about women’s health and her expertise is off the scale. I had back and hip pain for years, putting it down to a natural ageing process, childbirth and over-zealous marathon-training. As a yoga teacher I know my body well and I never thought my niggles would go away completely, but I have been pain-free for months now thanks to Ruth. She’s like a detective at work to find the underlying issues 🕵️. I am so grateful to have been recommended to her by a yoga teacher and friend and I will recommend her to anyone struggling with a body that wants to move more freely and without pain.

I have seen Jess for some knee problems and then I also sprained my ankle. Jess has been amazing at working out the problem and giving me physio and exercises to help. I feel like I have a number of tools to help me manage in the future. My recovery from the ankle sprain was very quick thanks to Jess’s help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jess (and have done so already).

What an excellent set up! I came to see Ruth for some specific problems and she was fantastically helpful. I am now having weekly personal training sessions with Sarah and really seeing progress. It’s felt great to be heard and not judged, now I’m exercising without injury and enjoy it!

I found Fixology after having suffered with an aching upper back for a couple of months. It was really great to find someone local in Roundhay but most importantly, to have someone who could sort out my issue. I've just finished my second (final) appointment and Jess has been wonderful. I've never had muscular issues before so was slightly apprehensive about what could be done & how physios works Jess made me feel completely at ease, explained in detail what she was doing & provided comprehensive exercises for me to do at home. I wish i had come to see Jess earlier rather than waiting to see if the ache would go in time - it didn't! I really do recommend Fixology, so professional and skilled at what they do. And at last, the ache is virtually gone and i feel so much more flexible in that area too.
