I just had my first sports massage at Regen Physio with Jack, and it was fantastic! Jack was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. He really listened to my concerns and gave me great advice on post-run stretches to help with my hip issues. He was super attentive and just really lovely overall. I’ll definitely be booking another session. Thanks, Regen Physio!

Great comprehensive and friendly professional Physio consultation with Jack today at RegenPhysio in Alwoodley. Quickly triaged and booked the same afternoon. Thorough history & examination was followed by easy to understand explanation of treatment options and exercises. Quick follow up after the meeting. Highly recommend Jack and RegenPhysio.

Lauren was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She identified the cause of my shoulder problem , preliminary treatment helpful. My first visit , I shall be continuing with further visits 10/10

Great physio. Jack diagnosed the problem (which I myself had misdiagnosed through google!) and was clear explaining to me. The exercises he gave really helped, and he is professional and makes you feel comfortable ☺️

When my symptoms first started (very painfully may I add) back at the end of January this year, Regan Physio have been nothing more than Fabulous!! Working with me on each session to relieve discomfort and help me with exercises to gain strength and mobility, whilst awaiting results from x-rays and the all important MRi via the NHS. The expertise demonstrated by Lauren and the constant pursuit to keep me calm, informed and confident throughout the process, has been the most encouraging part of this experience. Now that the MRi has established the exact cause of my anguish through AVN in both hips, Lauren has been able to target specific areas and muscles for not only relieve the pressure and pain, but also help me build strength around this area to assist with post operation recovery. Lauren has not only shown her excellent knowledge and understanding of the body but also has been a delight to be with on every session. A personable, lively, engaging end empathic professional who is a true champion within this organisation!! Thank you Lauren.
