Rother Valley Way Car Park

Love this place. I run around here it’s it’s so beautiful and peaceful don’t get me wrong it can get busy but that doesn’t make a difference for me. Ground is about rough in places but I’ve seen wheelchairs push chairs and bikes go around it.

Only just outside 1 of the entrances to Rother valley but gets very busy on weekends & school holidays. Surface of the carpark is poor & feels like you're driving on the moon with all the potholes!

Great place for family time, bbq, walking, renting a bike. Lovely coffee shop and bar near water sports

Nice free alternative to the paid for parking at the visitor centre but the ground is a bit rough. Allows ingress and egress from either valley lake and the paths around it. Was busy when we went but only a short wait until we could park and unload bikes. The entrance to either valley has a step over style to keep motorbikes out and a handlebar unfriendly flatter access that single prams can get through but if you have double width buggy you would need to lift over the motorbike trap

This is a car park outside of RVCP but it's only a one minute walk into it and it's free 🥹 the other car parks are not but you are closer to the rental places. If you are just going to walk around then this place makes more sense. The cafe and rental places are about 15-25 minutes walk. Spaces can go quickly at peak times
