Very low stock with no vegetarian options in M& S no veggie options and Greg's was shut. So went to Burger King where only one order screen was working they forgot my onion rings and the place was literally filthy tables unclean and rubbish everywhere. See pics. Went 2 days later & was exactly the same Greg's were open but hadn't bothered to make any food to sell

I often charge the car here on the way to Scotland. They've put new charging bays in. The toilets are clean. It's sometimes quite busy.

I was dreading coming to the toilets after the last review but travelling from Glasgow, me and the family couldn’t wait- anyways I needed to write this review as the toilets were super clean! The staff were lovely and constantly cleaning making sure everything’s was done! Absolutely amazing ! Also the fresh flowers and smells felt like home. Thank you Ladies - 29/8- 17:40.

Horrendous service in Burger King. After ordering and paying at the machine, no receipt given for proof of order. We stood waiting for our order whilst others behind us got their orders. On myself asking what we were actually waiting for the assistant just said “fries” and walked around the back. Although baskets of fries were being cooking and left to go cold. Another customer was waiting for just two coffees to be made, she had to shout for assistance as all assistants were at the back of the area. Absolutely no interest in serving us or even apologising for any waiting time. No one was dealing with any order for at least 15 minutes although lots of burgers were being put up on the ready shelf. In the end we called for a man that appeared to be in some sort of charge for a refund. Would never go there again.

Worst service I have ever received!! If I could rate it zero stars I would.. I want to be very specific here so the horrible woman is held accountable.. WHSmiths at 0747 on Thursday the 19th of January 2023. There only appeared to be the one lady working, perhaps due to the fact nobody would want to share a single second with her. I approached the till and bared with her lack of acknowledgement after seeing me for 20 odd seconds before having to prompt her with a sprightly "Good morning". She then replied with a dull - "yes?" I asked for a vape which were shelved behind the til and she replied with "are there none on the other shelf?" Which were to the left of the enclosed til. The one I asked for was directly behind her, I kindly offered a pointing finger with directions. She slammed them down on the counter and just stared at me until again I couldn't bare the lack of communication and said that was all.. at this point my concern for her mental functionality took over my service expectations and asked if she was OK? She looked at me blankly as though she had suffered a stroke and said "is that it?" Absolutely vile human being who, at the very most should be in a refrigerated warehouse on her own to match her cold demeanour.
