Jemma The Dog Groomer

Jack the Cocker spaniel has been to Jemma a couple of times. Approaching the gate he gets a little nervous but Jemma does everything to make him continue with ease. When he comes out after he looks like a different dog! From homeless to handsome! And to top it off he smells beautiful for weeks!😁 Thank you so much Jemma we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Our cockapoo Finn is very nervous and HATES his feet being touched. Jemma is so patient with him and takes the time to do the groom that is needed rather than doing as much as she can in the time booked like I have experienced in the past. Very reasonably priced, and always a happy pooch at the end 🩵

Thanks to my mum, I am able to return to lanecot for my new puppy to be groomed by Jemma. I would trust her to groom any dog, any breed. She always does an excellent job with my cockapoos, who can be a difficult breed with a mixed coat that can knot easily if not looked after properly. She always gives me good, helpful advice and tips to ensure I do the best I can for my dog. If your dog gets in a mess - call Jemma and she’ll sort it for you. She always tries to accommodate your:and your dogs needs. Highly recommend to everyone.

DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET - in cut on my Lhasa Apso, No mention from Jemma of a problem when collected ever. When asked to explain why he was such a mess? did she rush his groom? Which she does in half the time as anywhere else, she states she had muzzled him as he was biting the sissors , my dog has no teeth and Dementia and the softest nature, never bitten anyone in his life. Was groomed elsewhere for 13 years without any concern. Would never recommend this groomer.

My dogs absolutely love her. Jemma is amazing at what she does, one of mine is a very moody pooch, Jemma is very patient and kind with her. I won't use anyone else.
