Since transferring my care to The Hollies Medical Centre, I have nothing but glowing things to say. In the 2 years that I have been with the practice, the care I have received has been exceptional. Booking an appointment has always been easy for me and I have found the care navigation team to be very friendly and approachable. I have greatly appreciated the efficient manner in which the practice has dealt with my recent admin requests - no fuss and just really helpful. I have found the level of care and support to be outstanding. regardless of who I have been seen by - and I'm sure this is extended throughout the entire staff team.

Great practice. Responds quickly to queries. All the doctors I have met have been kind, thorough and helpful. Sally Ann practice nurse has been great with my kids and at my own recent appointment. Reception team always professional and helpful.

The clinician and nurse appointments were great with good insight as to why I was there and the friendly, polite delivery of information and care given. Half an hour wait was a little long on one appointment. Also, both were upstairs. My mobility isn't fantastic!!

An excellent and effective travel clinic service, carried out by Sallianne Bishop. The requirements for the countries I am visiting were fully explained, including all options. The vaccinations were done swiftly and very much to my full satisfaction. Quick, efficient and very friendly.

I’ve had excellent service from The Hollies recently. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming and the nurse explained everything really clearly. I appreciate getting email reminders about appointments and messages arrive promptly. It all makes me feel well looked after. Thank you so much
