I visited after injuring my lower back while at the gym. The next day, I was struggling to walk and stand upright, so I booked an appointment with Nathan. During the session, Nathan performed some initial assessments to pinpoint the issue. He then treated me using stretching techniques and cryotherapy, followed by giving me stretches to do at home. After just one session, I felt a noticeable improvement. Even the uphill walk back to my car was much easier, which reassured me that I was on the right path to recovery. I booked a total of four sessions, and after completing them, I'm back to normal. I'm continuing the stretches Nathan recommended to help prevent the injury from happening again.

I wasn’t sure that my first session here would move the needle that much with my back. 25 years of impact snowboarding and biking. I’ve seen many osteopaths, chiropractors and physios. My pain was effecting my mental health a lot. Nathan was incredible. As charismatic as he was knowledgeable. I’m laying here in the park with my lower back touching the floor for the first time in ages. I’m looking forward to my next session. Highly recommended.

Well from walking in to the clinic with a very warm welcome with Callum, I just felt really relax and once I had my appointment and had the chat and a bit of a tester it was amazing to found someone who can help with my consent pain in my back I can't wait to go back would highly recommend it only after 3 days after I feel so much better .

Nathan's massage skills are that good that I once levitated out of the door without my sandals and got all the way home and cooked dinner before I even realised. He even called me to let me know I had left them there, so aftercare servitude is another ***** 5 stars. Don't waste time and money with another practitioner - visit and you won't be disappointed

I have been having ongoing problems with a shoulder culf tear for nearly 2 years. Previouly had physio with no improvement but after a few appointments with Callum the improvement is far more than I expected it could be and could have asked for. We discussed my problem and a treatment plan was put in place and week by week there is an improvement. Never had cryo treatment before but for me along with manipulation it has proved to be invaluable. If you need physio these guys are the ones to visit, both knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and I can't thank them enough and would recommend without hesitation.
