Hinoki Retreat

Beautiful yurt with everything you could possibly need. Yurt is absolutely spotless with hot tub warmed up ready for your arrival. We will definitely book up again.

What an amazing place for a night away. Very natural and peaceful. We stayed in Oku and it was very comfortable log burner makes hut really warm. The hot tub is lovely and the decking twinkle lights add to the atmosphere. Its a very muddy path down to the cabin from the carpark torches were avilable from little light box at carpark. Everything needed was provided. There is no electric but has hot water in shower which was lovely showering in the cold fresh air. Views from hot tub are nice.

This was heaven.! 5star + It's a real place to get naked in the woods & just go back to nature. Me & my dog Ben loved it! Scenery to die for while you relax in the hot tub.. The host's were super helpful & directed me to the local Co-op (short drive) for supplies. The Yurt was a fantastic experience, I'll definitely be recommending this place..! 🌻

We stayed in Suki - which is probably the most private pod. It’s nestled in amongst the woodland and overlooks fields and hills. It’s a lovely place to get off grid with no electricity, but still nice to have amenities like a private hot shower and a flushing toilet. To be surrounded by woodland is lovely, you can hear the birds all evening as you cook your dinner over the fire. Sitting in the wood fired hot tub while looking out over the landscape is beautifully scenic. Laura and Ben were great at staying in contact, put up a happy birthday banner and warmed the hot tub prior to our arrival which was lovely touch. We only stayed for one night but wished we stayed for longer, so we’ll have to come back again! I’d happily recommend this to anyone looking for some time away to relax. There are loads of walks in the areas which take you to brilliant restaurants and pubs.

Staying in a yurt, with a hot tub and open fire BBQ, this is a fantastic experience, its out the way, and private, the bed was very comfortable and the hot shower was lovely, would highly recommend
