I recently took my car in for a timing belt and I was quoted half the price of Fords. I’m really pleased with the service, and the staff were really kind and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this garage to other customers. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I booked my car in for a tyre and MOT and as i had never used them before I was a little wary as I'm sure everyone is at first but nothing really needed other than a second tyre that was cracking so asked them to change it at the same time. Well happy with the service that i have received. Thankyou.
It is said that you only know how good a company is by how they act when things go wrong, so here is a review to tell you about that. Being new to the area it is hard to find a garage you can trust. You hear horror stories and hope that you are not going to be one of them. It was my sons car that had broken down and due to it being unsafe to drive I needed somewhere close. After an initial diagnosis by Halfords and further inspection by these guys the worst was confirmed.... broken gearbox. This was not going to be cheap. Parts alone were over £500 and then the labour costs, however, it had to be done. They recommended I also swap the clutch at the same time, making it like a brand new car. However, that hope for a 'new car' wasn't to be the case for long. When using a new garage there is a strange paranoia that sets in. Have they done the job properly? Are they just trying to take more money from you? It must be an awful predicament for the garage but one that has come from many garages operating unprofessionally. I am sad to say that this is what I thought however I could not have been more wrong. After the gearbox was fixed and I collected the car we experienced two further separate incidents. My initial thoughts were to blame the work of the garage (that evil paranoia), however, investigations showed that this was a separate point. Simon took full responsibility for dealing with my concerns, even emailing me outside of hours (sorry Simon). He explained the issues and arranged for Dylan (another great guy) to look into the problems. I must have annoyed them as I was bordering on erratic with worry at times but they remained professional throughout. NOW THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! So.... if you want to know if their work is good then yes. If you want to know if their customer service is good then YES! If you want to know if I would recommend them.... again.... YES! Thank you Simon and Dylan for your immense patience and sorry if I was a pain. Trust is not my greatest trait. However, you guys pulled it out of the bag! Thanks xxx
I called these guys up short notice to fix my windscreen wiper and they did an amazing job. I found them honest and sincere with a great attitude towards me and my problem. It was no hassle for me, and believe me I am sure I tested their patience more than once. Thankyou team, see you next time.
