Chris Heslam has been a great help since I started physio. He quickly created a clear, manageable treatment plan for my knee, and I especially appreciate how patiently he explains each step and the exercises I need to do at home. I love the metaphors he uses to make everything easy to understand. After just a few sessions, I’ve experienced a significant reduction in knee pain, and I can walk up and down stairs again without discomfort. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care and want to help me to get back to running without pain. He always listens and adjusts the plan when needed. I would highly recommend him!

This was my second session with James who is both professional and personable, providing a superb sports massage that results in me feeling rejuvenated and ready for the next training session. James’ easy going nature makes for a relaxed atmosphere and he is keen to impart his wealth of knowledge regarding sports, fitness and rehab to help me tweak my programmes to assist in me in achieving my goals. After a few years looking for physiotherapist, who can help me with a regular treatment, with my intense training-I've found Chris Heslam at Regen Physio. He is perfectionist, with amazing, technical approach. He measures or observes first, and implement the correct solution, based on data. I love that. I can 100 % recommend him for all. I couldn’t recommend Chris highly enough! Chris has been helping me over the past few months with my recovery from an ankle break requiring surgery. He has made me feel very at ease throughout with his friendly style. Chris is also really good at explaining what is going on, what we are doing to fix it and why. He’s also been very patient and supportive whenever I’ve felt frustrated.
