Asda Northallerton Express Petrol

Don’t go near this place. I refilled my car, chatted to the lady at the desk about my car, I was the only car on the forecourt and the only customer in the shop. Paid by contactless for a drink and the petrol. Left. A month later I’ve received a fine twice the cost of the petrol for “driving away”. Despite being the only customer in the whole place, the cashier failed to charge me for the petrol. Her fault but I’ve had to pay £35 in so called costs. Unbelievable.

I would never go back to this shop. The gentleman who served me when I came in was too slow and because of this the queue was to the door, this man should not be on the tills and should do something else. From a customer point of view this makes the atmosphere of the shop disappointing. But the worst part of it all is that this man was making remarks and comments to customers in front of me, especially the women, which were not appropriate to the workplace environment, I work in retail and if I spoke to a customer in this manner disciplinary action would be taken.

Finally, the overpriced Coop has been replaced with a more competitive company! Hopefully fuel prices will also cause competition in the town for fuel prices
