Edward installed our boiler operating with exterior temperature/weather efficiency system. Since then he has conducted two annual services and at all times he has been professional, pleasant and diligent. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending him.

I was given an estimate of £300 to replace a radiator in my kitchen. At first this guy ordered the wrong sized radiator which had to go back. When he fitted the correct sized radiator he didn't test whether it was working or not - and it wasn't. He presented me with a bill for £485 but agreed to take £35 off. Still £450 is one and half times the estimate and it's because he is saying that the radiator, a double, double size 700 x 1600 cost £356. I initially left a review which he objected to so i deleted the wording but before I've had the time to post this review he has posted what seems to be a sarcastic response.

Installed three towel radiators and an outside tap, great job, really neat and very reasonably priced. Will be happy to use Ed again and recommend him.

Brompton Plumbing have done several jobs for me over the past year, the most recent sorting out a damaging leak. The service has always been reliable, prompt, professional and fairly priced and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
