Howdens - Northallerton

March/April this year I visited Howdens Northallerton to see about having a new kitchen. I was introduced to Kaitlyn who arranged a visit after discussing what I required. Kaitlyn designed the kitchen and gave advice as to what I could have done. Work commenced 23 June and was completed 8 July by Mark Donaghy and his team. The kitchen is just what I wanted and was done to a high standard. I have to compliment Kaitlyn for all she did and how much of a credit she is to Howdens. Kaitlyn is a young lady who clearly enjoys her job and I recommend Howdens and Mark Donaghy for a job well done.

I popped in to Northallerton Howdens for some inspiration for my new kitchen, staff weren’t pushy at all and let me have a look round in my own time. Paul helped me and gave me so much valuable advice I really needed. Because my house is in Edinburgh he was unable to make a sale without the delivery costs being astronomical but he was still more than willing to spend time with me and honestly and accurately answer any questions, Paul is a real asset to the company and genuinely has the customers best interest at heart. I would highly recommend and without a shadow of a doubt if I ever needed a kitchen in the area I would return to see Paul. Thank you so much!

We have had two kitchens from Howdens. Whilst the kitchens are fine, post installation support is poor judging by our recent experience. Our induction hob stopped working. My wife is Type 1 diabetic so needs to be careful with her food intake. I was disappointed at the time taken to sort this out - nearly three weeks - and there was no urgency even though I explained the need to sort this out promptly. Now our tap is faulty. I have been promised a call back but not received this yet. All in all a disappointing experience.

Even though we were not trade the lady helped us loads. Like the fact you can slot in different worktops to match your doors to check if they will go. Lovely service

Wasn't accurate regarding the stock v But helpful to have the same in other branch reserved for me. Thanks
