Rooms by Design

Rooms by Design and Plumbcraft have handled three projects for us. The first was removing a useless Quooker and waste disposal system and fitting new taps, plumbing and sink unit. Next was helping and advising with replacing a complicated shower unit. Then we had new doors fitted to a fridge and freezer unit. The results look terrific. Sarah was our point of contact on each project and organised site visits, surveys, quotations and fittings. The attention, help and service was absolutely first class, I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah and her team for any project.

Rooms by Design recently fitted two bedroom wardrobes for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Sarah is great to deal with - quick to reply to any queries and to provide quotes and samples. The hardest part for me was deciding exactly what I wanted and she was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and several changes of mind! I had the doors spray painted to match F&B Slipper Satin & had internal lighting. Once the order was finalised it was a short turnaround to getting the wardrobes fitted by Rob, who did an excellent job. I am really delighted with the finished product and the 5 star service.

I had plumbing work done (well by a good plumber) and because of the new charging system had a query on the bill (my error). Emma was extremely professional, informative and resolved the issue. Good service. I will continue to use Plumbcraft as its a reliable local service.

This was an exceptional service from start to finish. Sarah was very skilled and listened carefully to our design needs. We had to consider my 92 yr old mum in this to make sure she could stay as independent as possible. Sarah came up with the idea of putting the combination small oven and microwave on the bottom rather than the top of the main oven. This has worked perfectly! There were some snags which were quickly sorted out. I would highly recommend this company and huge thanks to Sarah for her hard work and commitment.

Done our main bathroom. Took out corner bath and separate small shower enclosure, replaced with walk in shower, new wash basin/unit, toilet, flooring redone , am pleased as punch with it, Andrew arrived every day on time, was polite and workmanlike throughout the process.
