Always in and out of this place for general DIY bits and pieces, Stock in the Northallerton branch can be hit and miss but generally good, I just can't understand why Wickes insist on standing their timber in racks upright? Spend hours raking through trying to find a length which isn't like a banana! Overall i like wickes and having Trade Pro makes it worthwhile.
Handy location, the checkout staff are always friendly, and the stock levels seem good. Any issues or returns always seem to be dealt with correctly, and without issues. Its my go to store !
Appalling service as ever. Long queues, Ignorant staff, duty manager is a disgrace. Refuse to open another till. Customer service refuse to take any complaints over the phone then take the trouble to email only to have my data harvested and fobbed off saying it will be delt with internally! Cancelled my trade card and will never return. This was a great shop when B&Q owned it.
Got plenty of building materials in stock and staff was very helpful
Great staff who are willing to help. Slightly smaller store with a big focus on fitted kitchen/ bathrooms (upstairs). Prices are fair.
