Had to convince the lady behind the counter that I had two parcels not one which were both on the ticket I gave her. She did not bother to read the ticket properly after explaining to her both of them were on there and trying to convince her she still refused and said the postman must of made a mistake. She then begrudgingly went to check and the other package was there and come straight back with it. Really poor service and people shouldn’t have to deal with this when paying for it. Was also told to get my parcels to be delivered some were else if I don’t like it

Can’t fault the majority of staff in there However that Scottish woman needs to learn basic etiquette and not be so rude, I dread going in every time because she is the reason the queues are so long.

Staff have too much to do! They run a postal service, banking services( few banks left in this growing town)and the post offices have stepped in to fill the void. Parcel services (several)pickup’s and drop offs Passport, driving license.SELF SERVE (JOKE)☹️doesn’t work well at all. And much more I’m sure. How much pressure can you put these lovely people under before they crack! They deal with the best and the worst of people, often on their own and are not paid enough for the grief they are subjected to. Their wealth of knowledge is invaluable to the customers. Please do something about the lack of staff and the service they are expected to provide. Not Robots! HUMAN BEINGS. Post office has messed up with many mistakes with their loyal employees over the last few years DO NOT MESS IT UP AGAIN! Not the staff who are at fault.

This place is totally inadequate. I went there with a parcel to return. Unfortunately I could not use the automatic machines as they do not work with QR codes. So I waited in the queue which didn't seem to move until I had to leave because my parking ticket was about to expire. More people are needed behind the tills.
