Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. My father has dementia and is not the easiest or most responsive patient, nevertheless Stephanie was utterly professional, patient, and caring and has greatly improved his hearing. Truly a quality person - I would give her a 6-star review if I could.

From the 1st point of contact on Saturday morning Stephanie was truly professional and understanding in treating my ear. When I rang on Staturday I never expected to be able to get an appointment that day, and also Sunday for a second appointment. Without Stephanie I don't know what I would have done.
