Peugeot Simon Bailes Northallerton

Recently bought a used car from Simon Bailes in North Allerton and it has been a fantastic experience. I had seen the car I wanted on line but I am nearly 200 miles away there was no way I could get there to view it. I spoke with Stuart and he talked me through the process of buying from a distance, his confidence in the process and that they do this regularly put me at ease. He sent me a detailed video of the car, its functions, it running etc and let me ask any concerns. I put my deposit down and we arranged for delivery. Before that however as the car is pretty mint for its age and he wanted it to be perfect when he arrived he had couple of bits on the alloy refurbed. Amazing. Was really appreciated. The car arrived and was perfect. One very happy customer. Thank you Stuart

We've owned 2 Citroen's that had recalls, the first a C1 for rear windows could fall out which we booked into Simon Bailes to do, was advised by letter not to drive car but Simon Bailes wouldn't come out to collect car so not impressed with them at all. The second time we used them was for the C3 airbag recall which we had letter for again saying dangerous to drive & read up that lives had been lost due to airbag problems. This time they did come out after I refused to drive car to them (they said initially not that bad- people died! ???) Car was unusable for 2 months till it got fixed - no compensation or even apology for lack of use of car & us having to seek alternative transport so no I'm not happy with Simon Bailes or Citroen & after long time sticking with Citroen's have now decided to convert to different brands who hopefully look after customers a bit better! Gave only 1 star as no option for zero or negatives!
