⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After my knee replacement, I was nervous about getting back on my feet — but thanks to Niamh at North Yorkshire Physio, I’ve made an incredible recovery. From the very first session, she put me at ease with her calm, professional approach and deep understanding of post-surgical rehab. She created a personalised plan that pushed me just enough without ever feeling overwhelming, and she explained each stage of my progress clearly and confidently. I always felt supported, listened to, and motivated. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better care. I’m now walking with confidence, pain-free, and back to enjoying daily life — all thanks to Niamh. Highly recommended for anyone recovering from a knee replacement!
Kate located the source of the problem and has has eliminated the sciatic pain I was experiencing with a range of manipulation, stretching and strengthening exercises. 6 weeks on I feel ready to resume rowing, building up to my normal routines. She is so friendly and compassionate, considering a wide range of lifestyle aspects as well as the injury itself. Thank you so much Kate.
Great physiotherapy outfit, booking system is effortless, receptionists are always pleasant & welcoming. I have had the pleasure of being seen by Jess (one of the physiotherapist) for issue relating on my bicep - from session 1, has given clear exercises (also shown on the app as I have a memory of a fish!) which have been progressed each session onwards, also has encouraged for myself to keep active and bicep injury is getting better! Highly recommended - great work NYP and Jess!
This is the second time I have used North Yorkshire Physiotherapy. On both occasions Alan was able to diagnose the issue and over several visits and with a determination to carry out the prescribed exercises. I have been restored to a fitness, I never thought possible so quickly. Absolutely a superb service with very kind people.
