OK its a record office but they have spare space and are using it well. A display of church records and some ideas for visits at the moment. Worth calling if you are interested, all very friendly. Really annoyed with myself, i rode past Hubberholme church last week and didn't realise it was on my 'to do list'. Next time?
Friendly and helpful staff and volunteers, well organised collection plus (Apr 2021) diligent Covid procedures, ensuring a clean and safe research space.
Excellent archive. Very helpful staff. Good facilities. Parking can be difficult when it's busy but for those who don't mind a bit of a walk there are spaces nearby
Helpful staff, so many resources, and I love the exhibitions, which are always curated so well.
Useful place. Staff helpful if you're searching records for family history etc. Note that you need an appointment first. You can't just turn up.
