Booked biggest storage unit they had available. It was on the outside of the unit which meant many times had people parked in front of the access door. I booked a date to access the unit to which I got confirmation. The staff didn't turn up to give me access on the date stated and I spent an hour on the phone trying organise getting in only to be told I have to wait two more days as that's all they could do. Once I no longer needed the storage I followed their instructions to notify them to which I only got a notice that they had received my request. The end date came and no instructions and no contact until we initiated. I have also submitted multiple complaints all of which have been ignored. Would not recommend.

This storage facility is clean and dry, I've been using it for nearly 5 years with no complaints. The manager is easy to get hold of and there are trolleys and cages available to use. I recommend the Storebox for short-term or long term use - and they have small, medium and large sized lock-ups to choose from.

This Lock up Company is absolutely fantastic, it's so clean and tidy makes putting items into storage a pleasure. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a facility like this. Paul was very helpful too

We were advised to use this facility by someone from a local removal firm, and I'm so pleased we took his advice. The office manager (Guy) couldn't have been more accommodating. The whole building was clean and tidy, well lit and easy to negotiate, unlike some storage businesses which, due to their size and type of layout, can be intimidating and disorienting. I have no hesitation in recommending MyLock.up.

Needed a storage facility for a house move. Quite a complicated move, mylockup were absolutely perfect giving us the ideal sized storage and liaising with us all the way through a very time sensitive process. Access as and when we needed right through to the move out. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Many thanks indeed for your advice and professionalism.
