Outstanding Service at Otley Post Office I visited Otley Post Office last Monday with a large parcel for overseas delivery. The lady who served me was exceptionally professional and went out of her way to find the best delivery option to suit my needs. Although there were some issues with the system—completely outside of her control—she remained calm and efficient. To avoid a long queue forming, she promptly called in her manager so that other customers could continue to be served without delay. While it did take some time to resolve the issue, both staff members were supportive, courteous, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service throughout. I left feeling very impressed. For a small town, Otley is lucky to have such an outstanding Post Office run by truly professional

I go to the Post Office regularly to collect parcels. I always receive a professional, friendly and helpful service. The staff welcome me and make me feel looked after and not rushed. I went in yesterday to send a parcel and Elizabeth let me know I had a parcel to collect before I was notified! Amazing service. The staff work hard and are always patient and lovely. Thank you.
