Boots have been on the high Street for many years now this particular one is in Otley, its a fare sized store, well stocked staff are helpful and friendly
Worst Boots I’ve ever been too, they have nothing in stock
Absolutely fantastic service which was personalised and Kathy found me a right bargain when the shelf was empty of my chosen product. Couldn't rate this store highly enough even though it was two minutes to closing! Perfection achieved.
No need to queue outside in the rain. Professional Pharmacists and trained shop staff. Wide range of products including generic Boot's version. I can have my prescription filled with minimal delay.
For the second time in 2 weeks we have not been informed of change of opening hours when we have rung about collecting vital prescriptions. Rang at 2.45pm today as my inhaler had finally come in, and wanted to check my husband (age 79) diabetes meds were in.Not told they were closing an hour earlier than usual, Two weeks ago they were having 2 hour lunch but opening until 5.30. Will be trying to find a different chemist for our repeats from now on,
