Since having an island installed the integrated fridge milk tray has broken several times and is not fit for purpose. This is a supplier issue (do not buy Lamona products) but trying to resolve this issue since July with Howdens at Otley has been shocking. Nobody seems to relay any messages to each other so I have had several wasted trips to the store, been given someone else’s product, and now they are ignoring my emails to get this tray sorted. I will be looking to make a formal complaint. Absolutely shocking customer service.
We called in today to look at kitchen worktops and sinks. Tony was very friendly, very knowledgeable and helpfull. We came out feeling much happier and knowing what we want to ask our joiner to do.
Generally very good. However I was disappointed when they provided a drawer box without all fixtures which cost me time and money.
Fabulous service and quality. Oscar was a star from the design to finishing. Thankyou so much. We are very happy
Bad experience dealing with, missed so many items, had to make two trips to Pontefract store to get them. Wouldn’t recommend
