YPS installed a new bathroom for me in late 2021. I had an initial conversation with Olivia, outlining the style, feel and layout I was looking for - she took my input and came back with some great suggestions on how to tackle some of the challenges which the layout presented, as well as finding a collection of fittings and fixtures which I loved, ticking every box in terms of the brief. I was then provided with some initial 3d mock up images of her design, making it really easy to visualise, and after a few minor tweaks, contracts were signed and the installation was scheduled. Fran, the main installer was brilliant. An honest, hard working, and really skilled guy. From the moment he arrived to the moment he finished, he did a great job. Throughout the 5 or 6 days which the installation lasted, Fran kept me updated with his progress - explaining his plan for the day each morning, and taking me through what he'd done each evening. His attention to detail was fantastic, and this is really apparent in the finish of the bathroom. I really felt like YPS went the extra mile to make my bathroom be exactly how I'd imagined. The end result is beautiful, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending their work to anyone in the area. Thanks again YPS!

We have just had our beautiful bathroom designed, supplied and fitted by YPS. From our very first meeting at the Otley showroom, we were expertly advised by Sam on fittings and fixtures and what would work best for our requirements. Michelle carried out a full site survey. We discussed styles and again, we received excellent guidance and support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our fitter, Fran, was brilliant. If he had questions, he took photos and sent them to me when I was at work so that we could talk through what needed to be done. His workmanship shows what a perfectionist he is. He was punctual, clean and tidy and was always happy to advise alternatives, i.e. Fran recommended a tiled skirting as opposed to our planned wooden skirting and this looked 100% better. The whole project has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish and I cannot recommend YPS highly enough.

We’re incredibly happy with our lovely new bathroom. Fran and Manny worked extremely hard and did a brilliant job in only 5 days. (They also accommodated our last minute special request to have a niche in the shower, which looks lovely). Michelle was also brilliant -we needed the bathroom done ASAP and she turned the work around extremely quickly. Very impressive all round!

We have recently had a new bathroom designed and installed by YPS and are really thrilled with the results. Michelle was able to reconfigure the bathroom to maximise the space and used her expertise in design to pick out fixtures and fittings that suited our taste. Fran the fitter was superb, he is a skilled tradesman, communicated at every stage and very tidy! We would not hesitate to recommend them and plan to use them for our next bathroom.

Our new bathroom was completed this week and we are delighted with the result. Our experience of YPS from first contact to completion was first class. They provided a helpful, friendly and professional service, understanding what we wanted and delivering it to a high standard. Fran our fitter was amazing. He was a pleasure to have around, was very hard working and professional and his attention to detail was excellent. He always kept us up to date with progress which helped as well. We couldn't fault this company and highly recommend them.
